Tirsafe Shock Absorbing Anchorage

Description:TIRSAFE™ is a temporary lifeline, easy and quick to install when there are two anchoring points offering sufficient support.

It allows total freedom of horizontal movement.

The TIRSAFE™ temporary lifeline includes :

Anchoring point with TIRSAFE™ energy shock-absorber which ensures triple function of pre-tension indicator, energy shock absorber indicator and fall indicator,-
TIRFOR® T3 cable winch,
8.3 mm diameter, 20 meter long cable as standard,
2 x 2 meter slings.

The TIRSAFE™ temporary lifeline guarantee the safety of 3 people.

TIRSAFE OPERATING PRINCIPLE

• It is placed at the end of the line close to the tensioning system.
• Tension applied ≈ 160 daN.
• Use turnbuckle/blocstop or tirfor tensioning system with a minimum mechanical strength of 3000 daN.
• Turnbuckle/blocstop or tirfor tensioning system,minimum mechanical strength 3000 daN.of ø 8mm.
• Three operators maximum.
• Horizontal lifeline without intermediate bracket from 0 to 5 m.
• Horizontal life line from 0 to 100m with intermediate brackets every 15m maximum
• Resistant to corrosion: aluminum + stainless steel.
• Maximum falling force = 1500 daN.
• Minimum shear strength : 3000 daN.
• Quick to install.
