The LLA air hoists are available in five sizes with lifting capacities ranging from 200 Kg 5000 Kg.
The Atlas Copcoair hoists offer outstanding lifting performance and as standard are supplied with load hook, suspension hook and a control chain handle. To meet the requirements of different applications the hoists can also be fitted with a wide range of optional accessories.
Lubrication free models
The full Atlas Copco air hoist range is also available in lubrication free versions. This range is suitable for applications where a clean environment is a necessity. The hoists can be run completely dry and leaves no lubrication in the exhaust air. Typical industries are food- chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
All hoist types are Ex certified to Ex II 2G T5 IIC D100°C
Spark resistant models
Where more stringent spark resistant performance or corrosion resistance is required, the LLA-SR air hoists can be selected. These models are supplied with stainless steel load chain. As an option a nickel plated control chain can be specified.
All our air hoists are, and our air motors are available, in explosion proof certified versions in compliance with the European Union’s ATEX directive on
equipment for potentially explosive environments.
Ex-Certified air motors and hoists are ideal in hazardous environments,
where sparks or high outer temperatures might otherwise ignite
explosive gases, vapor or dust.f
